I just watched an awesome movie. It’s called “God Grew Tired of Us.” It’s about a group of children that fled the civil war in Sudan in the early 90’s. They became known as the “Lost Boys.” They left the Sudan with about 27,000 in their group. By the time they ended up in safety in Kenya several years later, they were down to about 12,000. Some were later settled in the USA. The movie is a documentary of their struggles. It reminded me of my time in Kenya in 2006. Check it out…
