At my church, we went through a ten day heathy eating plan that I called “God Made it so I Ate it.” I was trying to encourage the church to be more healthy. I blogged about it along the way. Below is my blog from the last day. I really thought I should share with you what I learned. Enjoy!


Final Day ::: God Made it so I Ate it

Ok, we’re here! We ended the final day of ‘God Made it so I Ate It’ today at my house. We ended it in style! For Valentine’s we had a healthy balanced meal of fish, steak, asparagus, green beans, mushrooms, mexican squash, couscous, and rolls. It was awesome.
