Phat Attack gets Tromped – Post #101

It took over a year, but I finally reached 101 posts. Yeah, this is the 101th post.  WooHoo

Anyway, my fantasy football team, San Marcos Phat Attack, got hammered this weekend. It’s no big deal but it’s driving me crazy. For week 1, I studied and studied picked some decent looking guys and I had the highest scoring team in the league. For week 2, I did the same thing. I thought to myself “This is a piece of cake. Do your research, take some risks, roll the dice, and come out a winner.” I guess it’s a bit harder than that! My team only put 51 points on the board. Oh well, back to the drawing board for week 3.

5 Reason Why I Love Rainy Days

It’s raining today. It hardly ever rains here so I wanted to talk about 5 reasons I like rainy days:

1) It isn’t so danged hot.
2) It gives me a reason to be in a funk. You creative types know exactly what I mean… Then I remember it hardly ever rains here and get happy again.
3) My grass at my house will be green for the next week.
4) The windows on my office frost up because it is so cold inside.
5) I actually get to use my four wheel drive in four wheel drive mode :)
