Prayer and Bible reading and/or some kind of devotional.  How can you afford to give anything of yourself to anyone at church if this is the first time all week you approach God to be filled and renewed? If you have not been feeding and fellowshipping through a prayer time and study time all week, you will approach Sunday starving and empty, and church is a place to make withdrawals, not a place to make deposits. 

and when we study the Bible, we are reminded of where all these good ideas and tips originate and it reinforces why we should do them!]]></description>
